- Develop digital campaigns around brand awareness and employer brand to strengthen the new GENII brand.
- Develop content, support brand development and communication activities.
- Define KPIs and OKRs for digital activities and campaigns.
- Use social media marketing tools and engage with customers and followers.
- Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained, as well as SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management,
content developers, and agencies.

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:
- Experience as a digital, or social marketing manager, or a similar role.
- Experience in creating social and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Glassdoor.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (German as a plus).
And if those talents are combined with the right personality and skills to work in a highly dynamic team, we can’t wait to have you on board:
