**German-speaking Customer Advisor for PVH (Lisbon based)**:

**The opportunity**:

**The role**:
Your mission is to deliver telephone and written support for German-speaking customers in a polite and helpful manner.

**This is your new job in Lisbon if**
- You are proficient in German and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are open to learn
- You are happy to stay in Lisbon for more than 6 months
- You are able to work 160h/month on a rotational shift pattern (from Monday to Saturday, 07:00-19:00h)

**Experience in telephone customer service/call center environment is a plus

**Your day to day at work**:

- Listen to German-speaking customers questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions via phone
- Provide information about trendy products, advice and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchange and guarantee
- Cross-selling and upselling of products after providing help to the customer

- 2 weeks paid intensive training for all new employees with focus in computer software programs and customer management
- Full-time position in a big company (8h/day)
- Temporary, renewable employment contract (with an initial duration of one year; permanent employment contract after 2 years)

- If you work on weekend days, you receive a shift allowance of 25% of the hourly wage. On a Portuguese public holiday, you receive an additional day of vacation (you have 22 days a year)
