Um conceito único composto por três espaços distintos: SUD Lisboa Terrazza SUD Pool Lounge SUD Lisboa Hall e infinitas formas de vivenciar experiências luxury lifestyle na capital. De forma a melhorar a experiência do cliente pretendemos contratar para a nossa estrutura um/a Guest Experience Manager, responsável pela área de Costumer Service do Restaurante e Pool Lounge. O/a profissional a selecionar terá como principais responsabilidades: - Fazer o acompanhamento das reservas diárias, garantindo que todas as necessidades e pedidos dos nossos clientes são concretizados e superados. - Analisar o feedback dos clientes e fornecer uma direção estratégica para a melhoria continua. - Dar a conhecer aos clientes o projeto SUD na sua totalidade (HALL / POOL / TERRAZZA) com fim à fidelização do mesmo. - Criação do Perfil dos clientes em sistema / CRM / Costumer Preferences. - Auxilio e Gestão e organização do sitting nos respetivos turnos em sintonia com as Hostess. ? Capacidade de detetar e antecipar as necessidades de cada cliente - Oferecer e promover com a equipa um serviço personalizado;
**Requisitos** : - Experiência profissional em funções similares, idealmente em operações de grande volume e espaços de conceituados;
- Orientação para o Cliente, espírito comercial e excelente capacidade de comunicação;
- Fluência em Inglês e uma segunda língua estrangeira será valorizada;
- Boa capacidade de trabalho sob stress e grande nível de exigência;
- Disponibilidade e flexibilidade horária.
