**About the role**

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Sales team and help us scale our impact. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships and driving revenue growth, with a special focus on the healthcare ecosystem.

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

- Execute strategic sales plans and business development initiatives.
- Identify and qualify new leads through market research and outreach.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Develop sales proposals and materials aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate all business development activities across internal teams.
- Keep CRM data accurate and updated throughout the sales cycle.

**About you**

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or similar) - _mandatory_.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare, pharma, healthtech or consulting.
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows - from primary care to hospital settings.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of organisation, ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure.

**It would be a plus if you**
- Feel confident presenting to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Have strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Are comfortable working with clear performance targets (KPIs).
- Are interested in digital health and healthcare innovation.
- Are proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Speak other languages.
