**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Lead the lead generation and qualification process**: identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- **Develop and implement prospecting strategies**: creating a target list and priorities to expand our client base.
- **Engage and represent Gerodigital**: conducting discovery meetings and attending international events and visits to potential clients.
- **Collaborate with Sales Managers** to guide leads through the sales funnel until activation.
- **Maintain a visible and updated pipeline in our CRM platform**, focusing on meeting KPI targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent or native Italian speaker**. Other languages, such as English or Spanish, are highly valued.
- **Proven experience in business development and sales**, ideally in the digital marketing sector.
- **Exceptional communication skills** and the ability to articulate well over the phone.
- **Track record of exceeding sales targets**.
- **Proactivity and eagerness to learn** and grow quickly.
