**What you will learn and contribute to**

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

- Support functional-level business operations, including performance design & Analysis and related governance.
- Help to define business governance and Mode of Operations (MoO), and ensures its adherence in Performance Design & Analysis team.
- Perform and/or coordinate day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives.
- Carry out root/cause analysis in more complex problems.
- Carry out variety of complex activities according to plan within broader area of responsibility, analyses problems including decision-making typically according to established solutions.
- Develop and implement recommendations.
- Track executive actions items, deliverables and implementation.
- Support driving special projects critical to the business (function's) agenda including strategic initiatives, transformation projects, culture plans.
- Support functional-level annual planning and execution.
- Support function communications, tools and data storage strategy.
- Assist in the facilitation of functional-level enabling sessions.
- Be responsible for data collection and analysis, supporting continuous improvement initiatives including Process Automation & Tools.
- Serve as a change agent.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Graduate equivalent (or higher) degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Total experience of 12-15 years in the field of Telecommunication including 4-6 years relevant experience in Performance Management, Business Performance Design and Analysis.
- Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents.

Additionally, you:

- Have experience in Data Science / Data Analytics with knowledge and experience in analyzing data to gain actionable insights for the organization.
- Have the ability to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Have the ability to communicate with functional leadership regarding team & technical matters and had conducted briefings with senior leaders within the job function.
- Have the ability to negotiate regarding operational issues and have cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset.
- Accept responsibility for and demonstrates support for delegated decisions. Require minimum supervision. Use standard and non-standard approaches, if required, to resolve issues.
- Suggest improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation involving Process & Tools Automation.
- Demonstrate initiative & adaptability to changing business environments.
- Demonstrate accountability for quality, accuracy and efficiency of own and/or team achievements.
