We are looking for a Global Process Expert - Finance Controlling that are passionate about transforming finance processes and driving performance through standardization, automation, and best practices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support tool deployments, and help shape the future of financial control across our global organization. This is a unique opportunity to bring your controlling expertise to a global platform and contribute directly to process excellence.

**Your Mission**:

- Collaborate to design, implement, document & Standardized Controlling Processes: Budgeting, forecasting, cost center reporting, variance analysis, etc.
- Ensure Global Alignment of controlling practices across business units and geographies.
- Lead Process Automation Initiatives: Reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy through digital tools.
- Strengthen Internal Controls: Ensure financial governance and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with Group Finance, FP&A, IT, and regional finance teams.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement best-in-class practices.
- Support Tool Rollouts: Contribute to global deployments of tools
- Lead Training and Change Management: Support finance teams with training, and process adoption.
- Facilitate Knowledge Sharing across regions to build consistency and capability.

**Your Profile**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Education**:Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
- ** Experience**:Minimum 3 years in controlling, finance process transformation role in a multinational setting
- ** Skills**:

- Strong expertise in controlling processes (planning, reporting, cost control)
- Deep process expertise with ability to balance standardization and business flexibility
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in Process Design and flow charts ( Visio )
- Understanding of finance systems (SAP ECC & S4, BI tools preferred)
- Process improvement and automation mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
- High autonomy and initiative within the function and process network
- ** Language**:Fluent in English
