**Job immediatly available starting June 5th**

**Car Rental Agent**Location**:Camarate (close to Lisbon airport).

**Schedule**:Monday to Sunday divided in 4 shifts (days and nights) and 2 days off. One shift has 10 hours.

**Salary**up to 2000 euros gross (fix salary + meal card + performance bonuses).

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
- Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
- Carefully completing the return contract;
- Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages;
- Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
- Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Mandatory driving license (B category)
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality
- Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail
- Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills.
