Qual a tua missão?
Serás responsável por organizar e coordenar o trabalho do serviço de apoio ao cliente, no que respeita ao atendimento ao cliente e às tarefas administrativas.

Principais **Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar a implementação de procedimentos e políticas tendentes, de forma a melhorar o nível de serviço, através da implementação de KPI’s de atendimento e satisfação do cliente;
- Ser o ponto de contacto entre a ModaVisão e os seus clientes externos e internos;
- Ser responsável pela coordenação do trabalho da equipa de atendimento ao cliente;
- Auxiliar os clientes na realização de encomendas e na gestão de reclamações pós venda;
- Informar os clientes e assegurar a sua satisfação com o nível de serviço prestado.

Perfil Ideal:

- Licenciatura em Gestão, Gestão de Qualidade, Engenharia e Gestão Industrial ou similar;
- Experiência anterior em funções equivalentes ou similares (valorizado);
- Conhecimentos de Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Capacidade de comunicação;
- Visão / orientação comercial para o cliente;
- Foco no cumprimento de objetivos;
- Dinamismo, proatividade e orientação para a resolução de problemas;
- Boas capacidades de organização e disciplina.
