**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our HR team and support us recruiting top talent.

This position includes a wide spectrum of responsibilities as you will have activities on the first three phases of the Employee Lifecycle: Attracting, Recruiting and Onboarding.

In this role, you’ll have a defined Purpose and clear impact, contributing directly to the growth of our Company. If you think you are up for the challenge and you want to take your career to the next level, you are the person we’re looking for Check out the requirements:
**Attracting**
- Contribute on various activities regarding Employer Branding and on the implementation of the new Employee Value Proposition;
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with experts;
- Attract and hire the right people to the right role;
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;
- **Recruiting**
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs;
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department;
- Design job descriptions and prepare interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
- Determine selection criteria;
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews;
- Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants;
- **Onboarding**
- Prepare all the relevant information for the hiring process;
- Contribute on the definition of new Onboarding approaches;
- Onboard new Employees;
- Manage Onboarding Kits.

**Qualifications**:
**WHO YOU ARE**

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

- Proven work experience as Recruiter or similar role;
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
- Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal relationships skills;
- Enjoy interacting with people and deadline-focused;
- Perform well in a fast-paced environment;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry and thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills;
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as, social media recruiting and Boolean search;
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
