SUSTAINABLE FINANCE SOLUTION ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2209CE12672) **About the job** - The Sustainable Finance Markets Analyst is accountable for fostering the development of sustainable finance solutions (such as green and sustainability-linked products) for our CIB clients in line with the sustainability commitments of BNP Paribas towards Energy Transition and pledge to fight Climate Change, and following best-market practice - The Sustainable Finance Markets Analyst is also responsible for raising awareness, educationg and developing knowledge and expertise on sustainability-related topics, ensuring the development of in-house capabilities, expertise and information materials **Your Main Activities Are** - Autonomously frame, design and lead the delivery of one or several projects under supervision of a Senior Sustainability Analyst or Sustainability Manager - Perfom through, systematic analysis of ESG performance of companies, key industry trends, legal and regulatory issues, current and potential competitors - Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of internal clients ESG profile and KPI’s, through reading reports, market research, data manipulation and analysis - Maintain comprehensive sustainability products database, with focus on market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces - Deliver meaningful content bringing out-of-the-box ideas on top of classic methodologies - Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients while maintaining independence and capacity to challenge them - Manage efficiently internal clients and project stakeholders showing critical thinking, emotional and political intelligence - Assist Senior Analysts and Managers with developing appropriate positive impact products or strategies for clients-facing meetings and supporting implementation **Profile and Skills to Success** - Master’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction - Experience in Project Management and Consulting - Expertise in Accounting and Finance - Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills - Ability to collaborate with others, with a results driven mindset - Strong analytical skills LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
