Job Purpose

In our newly created Centre of Excellence, the Back-Office team is responsible for the entire Back Office Operations of our International Trading business. This position will focus on the cash commodities and their daily review i.e. the daily reconciliation of trade data captured in Trading Systems and broker/counterparty confirmations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Trade Confirmation:
Daily reconciliations of broker/counterparty documents and trading system transactions (commodities trades);
Daily reporting of breaks to the Business;
Daily interaction with trading peers in order to resolve issues;
Daily review of issues requiring an escalation.
- Measure and report adherence to internal policies with relevant KPI and dashboard:
Produce daily department metrics;
Produce weekly reports of pending issues;
Produce monthly reports about the key risk indicators monitored by Operational Risk.
