We are looking for a talented **Fleet Manager Operations Customer Service Specialist (M/F)**.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of corporate fleets.

**What tasks does this role include?**
- Driver support, vehicle ordering, reallocations, vendor management, reporting, fines management, fuel cards and short-term rental management, documents management, database management;
- Act as Local Account Manager and be involved in managing Customer Accounts with direct Stakeholder contact (local and international), including for example Reference lists preparation &
update, periodic business reviews, Car Policy analysis, ad-hoc projects related to strategic topics, etc;
- Support the Country Head in ad-hoc projects related to the business, and promoting overall service quality in Operations.
**What will you bring to the role?**
- Minimum 3 years experience in Fleet Management with back-office and support positions;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal,
- University Degree will be valued
- Fluent Portuguese &
very good level of English;
- Proficient in Excel;
- Customer-focused, dedicated and committed;
- Team player, reliable, accountable;
- Be highly organised and have excellent planning skills and attention to detail.
