Join our team and join forces with colleagues across our business to maximise our company’s positive impact on patients and their families.**What the job looks like**- Understanding the commercial operation, challenges, objectives, and daily work.; improving their operation and productivity through CRM administration;
- Providing system administration support, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows;
- Working closely with other teams to capture and identify business requirements for CRM implementation;
- Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools;
- Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in solution design;
- Assisting in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintaining a high level of data integrity;
- Supporting the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support;
- Keep a close connection with Veeva CRM Service providers;
- Assist the CRM Solution Architect in daily operational support.**What you will bring to the table**
- Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable;
- Sound understanding of ITIL (incident and Service Request Management);
- Basic project and process management skills as well as proven change management ability;
- English fluent and preferably one further European language;
- ITSM systems (iVanti, ServiceNow, or similar);
- IT professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Veeva, with some experience in configuration, customization, reporting functions and 3rd party integration;
- Proven experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault.
