Your New Role
As a CRM Veeva Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the implementation, configuration, and usage of Veeva CRM. Your role is crucial for tailoring the CRM platform to the organization’s needs, enhancing user experience, and leveraging the system to support business goals. You will focus on streamlining processes, maintaining data integrity, and enabling teams to work more efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
Understand the commercial operation, challenges, objectives, and daily work to improve their operation and productivity through CRM administration.
Provide system administration support, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
Work closely with other teams to capture and identify business requirements for CRM implementation.
Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in solution design.
Assist in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintain a high level of data integrity.
Support the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support.
Keep a close connection with Veeva CRM Service providers.
Assist the CRM Solution Architect in daily operational support.

What You Will Need to Succeed

IT professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Veeva, with some experience in configuration, customization, reporting functions and 3rd party integration.
Proven experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault.
Open-minded and strong-willed personality, who wants to move things forward in a team approach.
Operations thinker, excellent collaborator and convincing communicator, who always keeps business benefits and quality in mind.
Performance and result driven.
Service culture.
Capacity/willing to develop in the CRM space.
