Join Companio as we seek an enthusiastic Full-Time Onsite Customer Support Agent Situated in the heart of Lisbon’s Santos district, you’ll be our company's friendly face and voice, dedicated to ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience. If you’re a people person with a knack for problem-solving, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Welcome new clients aboard, making their transition onto our platform as smooth as butter.
- **Education & Guidance**: Teach clients the ins and outs of our services, ensuring they get the most out of their experience.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Keep in regular touch with existing clients, understanding their needs and preemptively solving their challenges.
- **Bilingual Communication**: Utilize your fluency in English and Spanish(desired, but not essential) to connect and engage with a diverse client base.
- **Issue Resolution**: Be a detective in resolving client issues, collaborating with teams to find solutions swiftly.
- **Customer Satisfaction Analysis**: Implement creative ways to measure customer happiness and report back on feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar field is a plus.
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Analytical thinker, able to spot trends and patterns in customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented and organized, thriving in a lively environment.
- Proficient in using customer support tools and software.
