**Senior Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the B2C strategy to drive growth across Autodoc’s B2C business. Working closely with the Head of B2C Strategy, this role is responsible for co-developing the overarching customer-centric B2C strategy & country-level strategies for key growth markets and implementing those strategies to deliver tangible business impact. This role will work with cross-functional teams to drive timely and efficient execution of strategy.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the head of B2C strategy to define, refine and execute the overarching customer-centric B2C strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Co-develop and tailor country-level strategies, aligning them with the overall business objectives while addressing local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with clearly defined initiatives, roadmaps, and KPIs, ensuring successful execution and business impact across key strategic pillars.
- Drive cross-functional implementation of the B2C initiatives. Manage, proactively problem-solve and optimize the execution process, ensuring timely delivery and continuous value realization.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform and refine the ongoing strategy and support decision-making.
- Leverage data and analytics to generate insights and transform them into actionable business strategies and recommendations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Business or comparable relevant studies.
- ** 9+ years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy roles. Experience in the automotive aftermarket / e-commerce / tech is a big plus**.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop and validate data-driven hypotheses, and design customer-centric growth strategies.
- Strong track record in translating strategy into execution, driving cross-functional projects & initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
- Ability to leverage customer insights, market data and trends to optimize strategy and execution plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and align business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced matrix environments, taking ownership of initiatives from strategy to execution.
- ** Excellent English**skills, both verbal and written.
