**Entity and Activity Description**
Founded in 2019, Air Liquide European Business Services (ALEBS) aims to support the Air Liquide Group in it's financing and accounting processes.
**Missions and Responsabilities**
- Integrated in the T&E team and in the processing of internal expenses;
- Guaranteeing proper document management (e.g., document reception, sorting of accounting Documents and validation);
- Processing of PO and non-PO invoices, and credit notes;
- Controlling receipts and timely clearing;
- Ensuring all accounts payable transactions are correctly processed;
- Dealing with supplier queries.
**Competencies and Profile**
- Up to 4 years of experience, preferably with Bachelor/Master's Degree in Accounting, Management or similar, and/or with experience in the respective areas;
- User knowledge of SAP;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Extra languages are valued (Romanian).
