**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **Engineering Operations Manager** to support operational excellence across our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. Reporting to the **Senior Engineering Operations Manager**, you will play an essential hands-on role in facilitating team ceremonies, maintaining operational systems, and coordinating project initiatives across our 40+ cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate organization-wide initiatives and help teams adopt best practices that enable them to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions with speed and autonomy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Support&Tool Management**:

- Support teams following Scrum framework and help remove impediments to their progress
- Maintain Jira hygiene across all teams - ensuring consistent naming conventions, proper ticket categorization, and clean backlogs
- Configure and optimize team boards, filters, and workflows in Jira
- Identify opportunities for AI-optimization and suggest improvements to reduce manual work
- Maintain JIRA dashboards and reports on team velocity, sprint completion, and delivery health

**Project Coordination**:

- Support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives by tracking action items and dependencies
- Risks management: flag risks or blockers to senior team members

**Process Documentation & Support**:

- Document team processes, decisions, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain up-to-date runbooks and operational guides
- Help teams adopt established best practices and operational standards

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from teams about process pain points and improvement ideas
- Participate in process improvement initiatives led by senior team members
- Support the rollout of new tools, processes, or practices across teams
- Contribute to communities of practice and knowledge sharing sessions

**Required Qualifications**:
**Must-Haves**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in project coordination, Scrum Master role, or Engineering operations
- **Agile Knowledge**: Solid understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
- **Tool Expertise**: Strong experience with Jira administration
- **SDLC Understanding**: Understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practices
- **DevOps Awareness**: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps fundamentals
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- **AI Tools**: Ability to work with AI tools to create basic automation scripts
- **Language**: English proficiency at B2 level

**Nice to Haves**:

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
- Experience working in SaaS/Product companies
- Familiarity with engineering metrics (velocity, cycle time, DORA metrics)
