**British American Tobacco**UK has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Experience Manager in Lisbon**
**LOCATION**: Lisbon, Portugal
British American Tobacco is going through an exciting transformation, as our business moves from traditional products to potentially reduced risk nicotine and non-nicotine products. Portugal is one of the markets in Europe with fastest evolution in terms of potentially reduced risk products and BAT will have in 2025 the biggest transformation in the last years, with the legal entity opened and a brand new team that will drive our growth in Portugal.
The role of Consumer Experience Manager in Lisbon is to be the key person in Portugal for all Consumer Experience initiatives in coordination with the cluster CX strategy. The selected person will develop and implement the overall consumer experience strategy and manage the efficient and effective delivery of the consumer experience function, working with internal BAT teams
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and drive the CX strategy for Portugal
- Lead team for success: Ensure your direct reports are equipped to succeed by ensuring the right development, the right strategic path, and a good and healthy work environment in whole CX and Portugal team.
- On-going influence, collaboration and coordination with Consumer Experience and Trade teams.
- Influence and ensure consistency and synergies with Iberia team.
- Lead visibility evolution in Portugal and retail transformation.
- Coordinate b2c execution in line with B2C Iberia strategy across channels.
- Accountability for multicategory campaigns executions.
**What are we looking for?**
- 3+ years’ experience within trade marketing, B2C marketing, Consumer Experiance
- Languages: Portuguese and English. Spanish will be added value.
- Engaging and inspiring people, providing direction and focus and drive people for results. Commercially and consumer centric and engaging stakeholders proactively.
- Lead and drive implementation of strategies to ensure that objectives are achieved.
- Develop the team’s knowledge and skills.
- Resilience and adaptable with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
- Proven experience in working in a highly regulated industry FMCG industry.
- Previous line management experience.
- Effective stakeholder management - working with and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external) with an ability to prioritise often conflicting requirements and escalate issues to drive resolution when required.
- Embraces change: enjoying working in a constantly evolving environment.
- Experience working in a diverse team with several nationalities and cultures.
