Part-time Administrator

We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to help with organising the team and managing the interaction with our accountants and other external partners. We are looking for someone to;
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of a virtual office.
- Assist with the sourcing and securing a new office space in the Lisbon area.
- Manage phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as tracking expenses, renewing insurance and managing payments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Initial a part-time remote role this should evolve to a part-time office-based role in time, although full-time in office is not foreseen.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate office software
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
