We’re looking for a customer success operations intern to develop, expand and maintain customer success operations frameworks in our Lisbon office. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our CS Ops team by supporting them in their ongoing projects and offering insightful contributions. This internship will help you acquire operational skills in customer success (training, systems, processes, data and customer engagement) and provide you with knowledge of various customer success strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in customer success by learning to collaborate on projects in a fast-paced work environment.

**Your new adventure**:

- Contribute to the execution and maintenance of content production and engagement platforms for customer engagement
- Produce content and community events in our closed Community group, Pioneers
- Help coordinate logistics for webinars
- Guarantee the accuracy of our tech stack data
- Clean pipelines, merge duplicates, validate workflow automation among other tasks
- Assist CS training specialist with CS coaching initiatives
- Research for resources, listening to calls from our team to find training opportunities and help prepare training materials
- Support our process specialist with written content on CS Hub
- Write articles and update processes in our wiki internal knowledge base
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data about team performance to identify operational insights, opportunities and risks

**Does this sound like you?**:

- A curious mind with a hands-on approach and self-starter attitude
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multitask and work independently with support from managers and team members
- A reative approach to problem solving
- The desire to learn/ upskill
- Familiarity with marketing and sales computer software and social media platforms is a plus
