**About the Graduates' Programme**:
The BNP Paribas Graduates’ Programme is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in the dynamic world of Banking and Finance. At BNP Paribas, we believe in nurturing and empowering the next generation of leaders to drive innovation and success in the global financial industry.

The Graduates’ Programme 2025 will start on 1 September.

**BNP Paribas Graduates’ Programme highlights**:
Permanent contracts with BNP Paribas, with access to several benefits

During the first 12 months, the Graduates will complete different professional development assignments across 2 or 3 teams, within RISK Business Area

At the end of the Programme, the Graduates will integrate permanently the RISK Business Area

The rotation aligns with the Bank's needs and participants' skills, enabling them to gain expertise through collaboration with peers and senior staff.

**The RISK Graduates’ Programme 2025 will include 4 different positions**:
**RMF (Risk Monetering Framework)**department seeks into the whole RISK framework and looks into developing and improving everything through coding, automation and monitoring the client’s activity.

**Risk Analyst**is a department more focused on controlling operations and planning about the activities developed by the bank with an independent insight about the business. Focus on protecting the client’s position within the bank.

**Market Risk**is a regulamentation department where the graduate will be able to follow the trading regulamentation, market risk management and reporting activities that are taken into account for the business to work worldwide.

**Trading Risk** is a department related to quantitative finance and market risk of financial products. It takes into account a lot of programming involving AI and machine/deep learning methodologies to take into account predictive models to anticipate risks of this business.

**Profile and Skills**

Master’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Economics or similar

Fluency in English

Proactivity, good communication, team-spirit and attention to detail

Financial Products’ knowledge (mandatory for certain positions)

Programming skills (mandatory for certain positions)

Availability for a full-time permanent position from 1 September 2025
