Collaborates with Home sales team to achieve quotas while keeping customers’ satisfied and engaged with CCEP products, participating in the improvement of customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Negotiates contracts with regional and National customers within the scope defined to meet business targets: volume, value and quota;Provides ongoing account support to customers, including information of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers. Plus, notifies customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitates suitable interventions;Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities;Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;Prepare reports on account status.Experience Preferred:Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG companies;Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar;Solid experience with MS Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;Intermediate level English & Spanish;Proactive attitude with a strong Growth Mind Set;Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships;Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude;Knowledge of customer relationship management;Be open to new ideas and perspectives to work effectively cross-departments Porquê juntar-se à CCEP: Trabalhar com marcas de renome mundial numa empresa multinacional, liderando projetos internacionais para trazer soluções inovadoras e tecnológicas para todos os envolvidos na nossa empresa;Rotulamos garrafas, não pessoas.
