Our applicant-tracking platform helps SMBs attract, screen and hire top talent faster by automating email, SMS, voicemail drops, interview scheduling and candidate scoring. Seeking a growth-oriented marketing manager with B2B SaaS experience to lead strategy and hands-on execution across multiple acquisition and engagement channels. The role suits a T-shaped marketer who can produce diverse content formats and drive measurable improvements in user acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities: Create educational and promotional content, including blog posts, landing pages, LinkedIn updates, case studies, YouTube videos, and knowledge-base articles. Manage weekly webinars and oversee monthly newsletters and email campaigns. Coordinate channel partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and influencer relationships. Monitor, analyze, and report PPC performance on Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Set goals, maintain existing channels, and perform cross-channel performance analysis. Design and run experiments to evaluate and scale new marketing channels. Required qualifications: 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally with products priced around $2k-$5k annual contract value. Proven ability to develop educational and promotional content across multiple formats. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Preferred qualifications: Experience managing PPC campaigns and using analytics tools. Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems or background in HR technology/recruitment. Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation. Demonstrated success in growing SaaS products.
