Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting an Account Manager - Orthopedics (South).Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the orthopedics portfolio;Identify and engage with key decision-makers in public and private hospitals and medical facilities to promote our medical devices;Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals;Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our orthopedics portfolio;Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness;Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis;Attend conferences, workshops, and other industry events to network and promote our medical devices;Provide technical training to customers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Technician) is preferred;Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device industry, with a focus on orthopedics products.Strong understanding of the orthopedics medical device market, including knowledge of competitors, products, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.What we offer:Integration into an expanding multinational company;Collaborative and dynamic working environment;Opportunities for skills development and ongoing training;Basic salary + Meal allowance + Variable bonus according to performance;Social benefits in force in the company: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, among others.
