Loyalty Senior Executive (m/f) O Pestana Hotel Group é o maior grupo hoteleiro multinacional de origem portuguesa, com mais de 100 Hotéis e Pousadas e presente em 16 países. A tua missão Como Loyalty Senior Executive, terás um papel ativo na gestão e evolução do programa de fidelização do Pestana Hotel Group, assegurando o seu funcionamento operacional, a inovação contínua e o desenvolvimento de parcerias estratégicas. As tuas principais responsabilidades Assegurar o funcionamento diário do programa de fidelização, garantindo a consistência da experiência nos hotéis e canais digitais. Apoiar na definição e implementação de novos mecanismos de fidelização, incluindo iniciativas de gamificação e benefícios dinâmicos. Identificar e gerir parcerias estratégicas que acrescentem valor ao programa e aos seus membros. Colaborar com equipas internas para garantir a execução eficaz das iniciativas de loyalty. Monitorizar indicadores de performance do programa e propor melhorias com base em dados e feedback dos clientes. Participar na criação de campanhas de ativação e retenção, com foco na personalização e relevância para os diferentes segmentos de clientes. Contribuir para a inovação contínua do programa, acompanhando tendências de mercado e boas práticas internacionais. Apoiar na comunicação com os hotéis e equipas operacionais para garantir alinhamento e consistência na entrega dos benefícios. Quem procuramos? Formação em Gestão & Administração de empresas ou área similar. 1 a 2 anos de experiência em áreas comerciais, gestão de parcerias, marketing ou funções relacionadas. Perfil proativo, com forte orientação para o cliente e para resultados. Interesse por programas de fidelização, inovação e experiência do cliente. Capacidade de comunicação e negociação com parceiros internos e externos. Pensamento criativo e espírito colaborativo. Gosto por dados e capacidade de interpretar indicadores de performance.
