Role: Helpdesk Technician Location: On-site, Porto, Portugal Required skills: Up to 3 years of experience in helpdesk/service desk.Solid knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and networks.Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools.Good communication, user orientation, and prioritization skills.
