O perfil que procuramos: 12º ano ou Licenciatura em Informática ou áreas similares; Experiência profissional em funções de Helpdesk e assistência técnica local; Instalação, manutenção e reparação de equipamentos de impressão e outros dispositivos de hardware em ambiente empresarial; Experiência em sistemas operativos de dispositivos workplace (Windows 10/11, iOS, Android); Conhecimentos em ferramentas de ticketing e CMDB; Conhecimentos de redes e protocolos de rede; Experiência na resolução de problema em Impressoras/PCs/Laptops e Tablets; Fluência oral e escrita em português e inglês (obrigatório). O que também valorizamos: Autonomia, proatividade e boa capacidade capacidade de análise; Forte componente de orientação para o cliente; Elevada capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita; Gosto e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa; Com elevado nível de resiliência.
