This will significantly increase your chances of success_________________________________________________________________We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to join a dynamic enterprise environment on a permanent contract. This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development, technical leadership, and mentoring, playing a key role in the evolution, support, and optimization of multiple ServiceNow platforms.Contract & Compensation·         Contract Type: Permanent - CTIKey Responsibilities·         Act as technical lead for ServiceNow development and support activities·         Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules·         Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and support teams·         Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, performance, security, and scalability·         Lead and support API integrations, data models, and custom scripting·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a project-based environment·         Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives·         Contribute to documentation, standards, and governance processesRequired Experience & Qualifications·         5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and support in enterprise environments·         Proven experience working with multiple ServiceNow products and modules, including:          *    ITSM          *    IT Operations Management (ITOM)          *    Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)          *    Other ServiceNow modules·         Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, API integrations, data models, and scripting·         Solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS·         Experience working in project-based delivery models with cross-functional teams·         Strong problem-solving and communication skills·         Demonstrated interest in mentoring and technical leadershipCertifications (Highly Valued)·         ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)·         ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)·         ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Keywords (must appear in the CV)ServiceNow Tech Lead, ServiceNow Development, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ServiceNow Architecture, API Integrations, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CAD, ServiceNow CIS, Enterprise Environment, Technical Leadership, Mentoring, Permanent Contract#AT
