Customer Service Representative – Insurance (German + English) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Start Date: 8 January 2026 Working Schedule Monday to Friday (including bank holidays) Rotational shifts between 07:30 – 20:00 Weekends off Contract Type Fixed-term contract (CDD – 6 months) Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international insurance project in Lisbon. In this role, you will support German-speaking customers by handling inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and general account support while ensuring a high level of service quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in German and English Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy information, and basic claims support Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems Follow internal guidelines, procedures, and compliance requirements Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering clear and professional communication Meet individual and team KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed Requirements Fluent German (C1 or native level) Good command of English for internal communication Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is a plus, not mandatory) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in rotational shifts within business hours Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 1,100 € (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus: 100 € (paid over 12 months) Complexity Allowance: 100 € (paid over 11 months) Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.) Paid training Stable Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off International working environment in Lisbon Accommodation – The Game Changer Immediate access to a shared apartment (private room) upon arrival All utilities included Fixed cost of €280/month, deducted directly from your payslip No deposit, agency fees, or upfront rental costs
