PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES O Head of Development Services é responsável por um segmento especifico da PLACER e pela gestão das respetivas equipas multidisciplinares dedicadas a esse segmento, incluindo as equipas de arquitetura, engenharia e construção. Algumas das suas responsabilidades incluem: Angariação de clientes e gestão de relações comerciais; Definição de estratégia e identificação de oportunidades de desenvolvimento de negócio; Acompanhamento dos projetos e tomada de decisões chave; Gestão dos objetivos e pipeline de receita; Gestão da sua própria equipa multidisciplinar; Distribuição e alocação dos projetos; Gestão da entrega aos clientes; Gestão da performance global e individual da equipa; Definição de objetivos e progressão de carreira. Alguns dos principais desafios desta função para os próximos anos incluem: Desenvolvimento da filosofia de serviço e modelo de negócio da nova área; Estabelecimento da empresa como líder nacional neste segmento; Aumentar o volume de negócios na área de Construção e Arquitectura. PERFIL, EXPERIÊNCIA E ÁREAS DE FORMAÇÃO Procuramos pessoas que possuam as seguintes características: Forte perfil comercial e de liderança; Sólido background técnico em Arquitectura, Gestão de Projeto ou Construção; Business Sense apurado e capacidade de desenvolver planos de negócios; Experiência de trabalho entre 7 a 20 anos; Experiência de liderança e gestão de equipas; Formação Superior em Engengaria Civil ou Arquitectura; Serão valorizadas formações complementares nas áreas de gestão ou imobiliário. PACOTE SALARIAL • Contrato de trabalho sem termo; • Vencimento bruto anual entre 60.000€ a 90.000€, dependendo da experiência demonstrada; • iPhone com tarifário ilimitado; • Seguro de saúde Médis.
