Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionJoin Devoteam in launching our brand-new ServiceNow nearshore hub in Portugal, supporting major European clients. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you’ll translate business needs into powerful ServiceNow solutions nfluencing design, functionality, and adoption from the start.What You’ll DoGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear ServiceNow specifications.Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture needs and enhance UX.Contribute to solution design for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps.Support estimations, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.Promote adoption and best practices for ServiceNow usage.Qualifications3+ years as a ServiceNow BA or Consultant.Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.Fluent in English.Why DevoteamBe part of a new hub from day one — help define culture, processes, and best practices.Work on strategic, high-impact projects across Europe.Flexible hybrid (Lisbon/Porto) or potential full remote.Career growth in a multinational leader in digital transformation.Additional InformationThe Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
