As a German Speaking Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience while booking their travel accommodations.Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system. Work collaboratively with various departments to address complex inquiries and enhance overall customer experience. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide the correct information to customers. Requirements Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or hospitality sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems and booking tools is an advantage. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
