Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for Booking.com, based in the picturesque settings of Greece. This role combines the vibrant hospitality industry with a unique chance to work in a beautiful location. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in German, helping them with their travel bookings, inquiries, and issues, while delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and live chat in German. Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and provide information about available services. Resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings in a timely and professional manner. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes. Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operational processes and excellent service delivery. Stay updated on promotions, travel trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM software is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
