Provide detailed information about travel options, accommodations, and services offered by Booking.com. Help clients with bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on travel trends and Booking.com’s offerings to provide expert advice to clients. Requirements Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a travel consultancy role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries effectively.
