Join us in Lisbon as a Customer Service Specialist for a Website Solutions project What You'll Do: Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently. What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).Languages: Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off.
