Customer Service Representative – Danish Market Location: Lisbon, Portugal Onsite role — relocation required Introduction We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Danish-speaking market for an exciting international streaming platform project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be part of a global customer experience team delivering top-tier support to subscribers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account assistance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for great service, and fluency in Danish. We can proceed only with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal. Relocation is required. A relocation package including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance is provided.
