Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:Main Tasks and Responsibilities: As Service Delivery Manager Lead, oversee Modern Device services, leading Windows Edition V2 rollout and ensuring BAU (Business as Usual) quality, with strong expertise in Intune and product architecture; Ensure Incident, Problem and Change processes follow global standards, overseeing vendors and global support operations; Drive Monthly Operational Governance with stakeholders, including SLA/KPI reviews and action plans; Lead continuous QoS (Quality of Service) improvements, secure operational readiness (“golden rules”), and validate quality before production release; Collaborate with Product Managers on the Product TOM (Target Operating Model) and provide clear, consistent service reporting. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or similar; Minimum of 6 years of expertise in Service Delivery Management; Strong background in IT Service related industry and with ITIL Service Management Certificate (or equivalent); Proven ability to manage incidents, problems, changes, and drive service improvements; Availability to normal business as well as afterhours accessibility in event of emergencies and/or executive management escalation; Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in English (French will be valued).
