Voici un poste à distance.Location: Remote (Portugal mainland Only)) Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), rotating shifts (24/7) About the role We are hiring Russian & English Interpreters to deliver professional interpretation services remotely. In this role, you will support clear, accurate, and effective communication in sensitive, real-life situations across sectors such as insurance, legal, and medical (general and forensic) . This is a highly responsible position where accuracy, neutrality, and confidentiality are essential at all times. What you will do Provide professional interpretation between Russian and English via phone and video channels Support conversations in specialized fields, ensuring that meaning, intent, and context are communicated precisely Maintain a high level of professionalism, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout all interactions Training (paid upon successful completion) Participate in a 3-week training program , delivered in English Training schedule: 8 hours per day , with a start time between 08:30 and 09:30 depending on the assigned group Training includes onboarding, tools and software learning, and practical job preparation The training period is proportionally compensated upon successful completion Schedule & working conditions 40 hours per week on a rotational 24/7 shift pattern (8 hours per day plus a lunch break) Employment under the Portuguese labor framework , including public holidays and vacation entitlement as per contract Remote, home-based role (work from your own home; equipment is provided) A trial period may apply in accordance with contract conditions Equipment & internet requirements The company provides the computer and essential equipment required for the role. Candidates must have: Minimum 12.0 Mbps download speed Minimum 1.0 Mbps upload speed Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi connections are not permitted) Compensation & benefits (summary) Competitive compensation package including base salary and applicable allowances (such as meal allowance) Holiday and Christmas allowances in line with Portuguese employment regulations Health insurance from day one of the employment contract A housing option or benefit-in-kind may be available depending on eligibility and applicable conditions Requirements Fluent Russian and English (professional level; advanced/C1 level expected for bilingual performance) Excellent communication and listening skills Strong focus, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7 schedule) Ability to work from home with the required wired internet setup Why apply to World Talent Selection?
