This will significantly increase your chances of success We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you’ll translate customer requirements into actionable insights for development teams, support application design through comprehensive needs assessments, and define clear test acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the project team and developers. Support application development and design based on detailed needs assessments. Define, develop, and implement test acceptance criteria to validate solution quality. RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field. Solid experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. Skilled in influencing, communication, and stakeholder management. Flexible, adaptable, and results-oriented. Proactive in conflict resolution and decision-making. Knowledge of the Energy and Utilities sector and GDPR compliance. Nice to HaveFamiliarity with SAS, SAP, or Salesforce. Experience using Jira and/or Confluence.
