Position: Content Moderator Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and assess content to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and standards.Conduct quality reviews with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.Detect and report potential issues or policy breaches promptly.Offer feedback and suggestions to support the ongoing improvement of processes and policies. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)Previous experience in content moderation, customer care and/or online business will be considered as an advantageComputer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsFlexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environmentConscientious and reliableStrong attention to detailCustomer focused with willingness to assistTeam player.
