If you are passionate about helping others and ready for a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Provide Exceptional Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries primarily via phone, email, and chat, in both French and English.Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, focusing on providing first-call resolution where possible.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services to provide comprehensive and helpful information.Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.Service Improvement: Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to help improve processes and product offerings.
