In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our customer-related processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and address their needs effectively.  You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.  Handle invoice corrections and manage subscriptions to ensure accurate billing and account functionality Address customers' billing concerns through email, phone, or live chat using professional and customer-oriented communication with international clients Assist customers through all processes to ensure the functionality of their accounts Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management Correct invoices and manage subscriptions Address customers’ billing concerns via email and phone using professional and customer-oriented communication with international clients. Assist them through all processes to ensure the functionality of their accounts Basic Qualifications: Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal  Easy to work with Sense of urgency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in a similar role Strong experience in the use of telephones, email, and video conferencing Relevant experience to the role and or collections Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory; proficiency in additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian are a plus Preferred Skills and Experience: Strong organizational and time management skills  Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel Experiences in Salesforce and NetSuite are a plus Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members What we offer: Flexible working hours Potential for personal and professional development A fun, creative and supportive team Be part of a fast growing company with a lot of opportunity for advancement
