The Supervisor oversees the handling, inspection, and forwarding of aircraft materials ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-efficient material supply in coordination with customers. Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following: Plan and manage manpower to meet service levels, ensuring alignment and optimal resource use Oversee receiving, storing, supplying, and shipping of aircraft materials per procedures Lead and develop the team through communication, coaching, and feedback Ensure process compliance with the Quality Management System and drive operational improvements Coordinate and communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
