French-Speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist Medical Devices (Porto, Portugal) Introduction We are looking for a motivated French-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our client a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes-technology based in Porto, Portugal. If youre fluent in French, detail-oriented and eager to grow in finance within an international environment, this role is an excellent opportunity. What the job is about In this role you will: Support the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle for French-speaking markets. Process customer orders, generate invoices and credit notes, and manage daily payment applications. Monitor ageing reports, follow up on overdue invoices and help resolve billing or reconciliation issues. Assist with month-end and quarter-end activities, audit support and data accuracy in the ERP system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and high data quality. Requirements You should bring: A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar. 6 months to 2+ years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable or finance operations. Strong Excel skills (preferably pivot tables, v-lookups). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar is a plus). Fluency in French (C1+) and strong English skills. Great attention to detail, organization, problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset. What we offer Full-time, permanent contract (MondayFriday, 09:0018:00).
