We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.The Business Planning & Analysis Manager work focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. This includes:Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, return rates, etc.);Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, market scope, etc.);Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.He/She will be a key part of the Budget and forecast planning processes for the Surgical franchise in Region Europe and will drive productivity initiatives and achieve operational excellence in BPA. Should also ensure a robust coordination and collaboration with all the Finance organization within Europe & main regional stakeholders.The location of the position would be flexible within Lisboa, Barcelona or Milan.As BPA manager he/she will have a deep understanding of the Franchise strategy and resulting operational framework, in order to provide a meaningful financial perspective and pro-actively guide decision, while ensuring robust and timely financial reporting.
