We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity that requires technical background or curiosty with French, Italian, German or Dutch fluency. Starting Date: December 11th Working Model: On Site in Lisbon Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phoneDeliver top-quality service for international clientsMaintain accurate case documentation in CRM systems Requirements Fluent French, Italian, German or Dutch speaking skillsPrevious experience in customer service (preferred)Ability to work shift-basedStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCreativity and ability to adapt to fast-paced environmentsEU passaport holder or already in Portugal (with residence card) What We Offer 1.000 - 1.300 euros monthly gross salary (14 times in a year) and other benefitsOpportunity to work in an international and dynamic environmentCareer development and internal growth opportunitiesSupportive team and modern office environment Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 euro with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
