About the Role We're looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Dutch + English) to join our Small Appliances Group in Lisbon. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems fast, and keeping everything running smoothly, this role is for you. What You'll Do Assist customers through various channels ensuring a high-quality service experienceUnderstand product features, troubleshoot common issues, and guide users with clarityKeep internal systems updated and maintain accurate customer recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases What We're Looking For Fluency in Dutch and English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Previous experience in customer support is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance bonusesMeal allowance and health insuranceRelocation packageProfessional training and career development opportunities Schedule Monday to Saturday, full time (Portuguese business hours). Sunday + one rotating day off. Location Lisbon, on-site.
