Job Description
We are expanding our IT team and are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to support the ongoing implementation and evolution of our ServiceNow platform.
Responsabilities:
- Strong knowledge on ITSM modules;
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules following ServiceNow best practices;
- Participate in the implementation of Incident Management, Problem Management, and future applications
